Desperate for immediate help we searched on yahoo.com for
computer repair in ny and Bigappletechs.com was the first site that came up
in the results page, we opened a trouble ticket on their website and a
technician called us back in 10 minutes and after explaining to him that our
server that hosts all our accounting data has been crashing constantly, the
technician asked a few questions and said that someone would be onsite
within the hour and a technician from BigAppleTechs showed up onsite in 40
minutes, looked at our server for 15 minutes, told us that the server is
about to die due to hardware issues and that we would have to rebuild the
server. After looking at our backup software he realized that we have not
had a good back for almost 7 days, he went to work right away, moved all our
data off the server rebuilt the server, reinstalled our accounting software,
restored the data back on to the server and our accounting system was back
online within 5 hours. He setup a daily backup rotation for us, explained
how to check it daily and we have not had any issues since. The thing we
liked about the service was while he was working we were asking him all
sorts of technical questions, never did he seem irritated, he answered all
our questions, explained to us what he was doing anytime we asked him and
answered a lot of questions that we had which helped us make some changes on
our desktops which in turn improved the performance of our desktop systems.

"As a busy dentist office in New York we depend on our
network a great deal for processing our X-rays, our patient charts and
accounts payable and accounts receivables. We have been experiencing a great
deal of network issues, Software issues and hardware problems for over a
year and have tried multiple consulting companies to come in analyze our
network, figure out the bottlenecks in our network infrastructure and fix
the bottlenecks. After a year of patching up problems temporarily just to

specs and quotes for new hardware required to stabilize our network. We now
have our own Active Directory infrastructure in place, we host our own mail
